To facilitate corporate attendance management, we collect personal identity information, including but not limited to:

• Full Name and Employee Identification Number (NIK).
• Department, Position, and Office Location.
• Device information (Model, OS version).

2. Camera & Facial Recognition

Our application requires access to your Camera. This is used to:

• Perform identity verification via face-matching.
• Prevent attendance fraud (buddy punching).
• Capture "Selfie" evidence during Clock-In and Clock-Out.

3. Precise Location Tracking

This app collects Background & Foreground Location Data (GPS) to ensure that employees are within the designated work zone (Geofencing) when performing attendance. Location tracking only occurs when you use the attendance feature.

4. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Attendance logs are stored securely on our corporate servers and are only accessible by authorized HR and Management personnel.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as you are an active employee. Upon resignation or termination, data may be archived for legal or audit purposes in accordance with labor laws.
